Online Grades FAQ
What are on-line grades?
To enhance communication between school and home. Parents are a critical part of student success. The goal of on-line grades is to give all parents easy access to their student’s grades and pertinent information regarding student achievement. We hope this communication tool will help parents and students monitor and promote academic success.
How do on-line grades work?
Each family will have an account to access data on their student(s) at the junior high and high school. To access the data, click here.
You will log in with the user name and password that was sent to you via US Mail.
You will then select the name of the student from the list presented on screen and navigate to the data you desire to see. You will also be able to email your student’s teachers, if you have questions about grades. To access an email address, click on the teacher’s name where it appears in blue on the Web site.
Who do I call with questions?
If you have trouble accessing the Web site you can call the Technology Department Monday through Friday at 537-6299 from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If you forget your password, you will be given a new one. However, for security reasons, new passwords will not be given over the phone. They will only be mailed to your home address.
What specific information is available through on-line grading?

What additional information do I need to know?
- Teachers will post grades on a weekly basis.
- Parents are encouraged to monitor their students’ progress by checking the system weekly.
- Since not all in-class activities are formally assessed some classes may not have graded assignments each week.
