If your child will not be 5 by July 31st and you would like them to enroll in kindergarten, they must apply for early entrance.
To be eligible for early entrance your child must:
• Be a resident of the Papillion-La Vista School District.
• Turn 5 between August 1 and October 15.
• Demonstrate superior cognitive, academic and behavioral/social skills as determined through the District evaluation process.
*Please note: There is a parent-paid evaluation fee of $100 for any child applying for early entrance.
