Dear Tara Heights Families-
I wanted to tell you all how much I appreciated all the support the last 3 years as President of the PTO. When I first nominated myself (hahaha) myself for this position, I had no idea of what the PTO was really all about. I knew we coordinated room parties and provided popcorn on Fridays—but I really had no clue of the level of involvement we had DAILY with our school and staff. I soon learned that this group was made up of people with as much enthusiasm as I had about our school. We worked together to make changes to existing committees, offered new and exciting learning opportunities and made sure that some of our traditions were upheld.
We should feel really proud of all the accomplishments we have had over the last 3 years. On a personal note, I am very blessed with the friendships I have made and the support from the wonderful teachers and staff at Tara Heights.
