Enrolling New Students For 2013-2014 School Year

We are beginning to look at enrolling students for next year. Please fill out the two-page Enrollment Form to start the registration process. Click here to download the Enrollment Form. Certified birth certificates, proof of residency and shot records are required. Please bring these with you when you come in to enroll. Also bring in the name and address of your child's prior school so we can send for their records.

If you know of someone who has a child eligible to attend Portal next year, please have them contact the office (402-898-0425).

Moving?

If you are planning to move out of the Portal area, please fill out a Move form and contact the office. (Located under Newsletter-March)

Bus Transportation Changes?

Make sure you fill out a new Transportation Form if you are making any changes to your child's transportation needs. (Located under Newsletter-May).
