Health Systems Academy
What is the Health Systems Academy Program?
The Health Systems Academy provides a jump start to post-secondary plans. It gives opportunities for students to learn about, experience, and explore career fields by integrating required and career-related curriculum in an authentic, hands-on professional environment.
This program is taught in partnership with Papillion-La Vista School District, Ralston School District, and Alegent Health Midlands Hospital.
The Health Systems Academy provides students with transferable skills and technical experience to meet the needs of the health care industry.

Brittany: “You really get a hands-on experience and it’s something you look forward to coming to every day.”
Cody: “The experience is definitely worth it! It’s not only what you know, but what you’ve done.”
