PLSHS Hosts Halloween Safe Night and Fall Festival


          Do you want a safe and fun place for your kids to celebrate Halloween?  Then bring your kids to the 2014 Halloween Safe Night and Fall Festival happening at Papillion-La Vista South High School on Thursday, October 30 from 6-8 p.m. Halloween Safe Night is an event sponsored by local organizations that want to insure kids have a safe environment to participate in Halloween activities.  Children and families can partake in the various activities that include games, bounce houses, a costume contest, and classroom-to-classroom trick or treating.  There is sure to be an activity for all ages, including the young at heart. Kids will have the opportunity to win prizes, refreshments, lots of candy and much, much more.  This event is free, with a canned food/nonperishable or toiletry donation to benefit the Sarpy County Food Pantries. It is open to the public, no pre-registration is required.  The event is sponsored by the Papillion-La Vista South Key Club, Papillion Police, Papillion Neighborhood Watch Association, Papillion Recreation Department, Papillion Fire Department, the Mayor’s Youth Council and the Papillion-La Vista South NJROTC.  For more information, contact 402-597-2041.
