Title

Hickory Hill Students Help Others

Body

The Hickory Hill student council members sold blow pops after school to raise money to help families in need. The student council members also became “bandits” during parent-teacher conferences and “robbed” parents of their spare change in October. A total of $600 was raised from both of these activities. Half of the money was given to Children’s Hospital to purchase gift cards for families who are caring for a loved one in the hospital this holiday season. The other $300 was donated to the Tri-City Food Pantry.
